Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Live Breaks - Purchasing cards with us will start a bag with us for 6 months. By default only the hits are added to the bag with every live break order. Shipping bulk may come at an additional cost (usually 2 shipping fees). Live breaks are sent out every Tuesday/Wednesday as long as shipping is paid for. If shipping is not paid for when due, cards will be assumed as donations. 

Giveaways - Giveaways are shipped twice a month. Please contact us within one week of winning a giveaway. A verification process is done to verify the individual that won. Giveaway winners with an active bag with us will have items automatically placed into them. Individuals without a bag will have their winnings subject to forfeit if we are not contacted within the allotted time. Giveaway winners without a bag will have free shipping in the USA. International winners will have up to $7 covered. 

Sealed Product - Sealed products from Poke Stocked Sealed and cards from Poke Stocked Live cannot be combined together! Each store has their own cart and shipping system. This also serves to ensure the safety of your cards!

Poke Stocked is not responsible for lost packages. Delivery location is filled out by the purchaser, all items are tracked and delivered to the shipping location. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order once shipped.

Cancellations:

Live Breaks - Orders placed during live breaks cannot be cancelled. This is to maintain fairness with everyone participating in the breaks. Individuals may take advantage of cancellations and try to buy only when case or box hits are possibly still active. Live breaks are always fulfilled in the order that they are received.
